About me:

I am a Pilates and contemporary dance instructor. I can help with posture and alignment and developing core strength. I also have practical household skills such as gardening and ironing, I love planting hanging baskets and general work in the garden. I love animals so I would be happy to walk any pets as long as they are friendly.
